Ordinary aluminum foil with mineral wool , and first attempt to run is today
I haw some trouble with water in gas stream water droplets disable the spark plugs and kill the engine i haw to build something to remove more water from the gas stream.

Impressive work. About the water droplets; did you tried to warm up your gas again a little bit before it gets into the engine. Just a few degrees.

Hey Johan.
don´t waste your time with removing water from the gastream.
i did this over 2 years.....
heat up your gas like luk says.
only so much that it´s getting hotter than at the coldest state in your system.
5°C is enough.
then den watersteam is going away.
sure the water is in the gastream, but no problems with wet ingnition.

Today i run my gasifier engine system for second run, much beater operation this time
Next task generator auto feeder system and making the machine more nice for the eyes

Neighbors don't like the sound i don't know way
I plan to move the plant in closed space after i finish with generator and automatic fuel feed installation so i can start longer runs without neighbors complaints.

Try to Build a Swimmingpool near the engine. Use the hot water from the engine to heat it up. And make a barbecue with your neighbors.
Then let some music play.
My neighbors now like the engine sound

They also want to connect their hot water system to the gasifier
