Hey Johan
looks really nice the Oil cooling and cleaning rack.
But i think there must be a waterseperator also inside in the system.
Condensing Water will drop out and mixed with the Oil.
How high temperatures would your dirty gas have when entering the cooler ?

For condensate problem two solutions ...dray wood below 8% moisture (like spanner system )
or separating liquid condensate who is manly water from the oil , since Oil and Water dint mix (only emulsify) dis is not big problem to solve.
Dirty gas temperature about 200~300 C.

Your dirty gas temperature is very low.... it that the temperature the gas is leaving your gasifier ?

First the flare test
Later the engine test , engine still not modified to spark ignition to little time,optimistic for finishing whole system to new year time.
I think will finish before APL

I see everything is outside in your videos. How is the weather in your country ? Did you have the chance to work inside ?

Weather is nice , system is too big to assemble in garage i only built the small parts in garage and will assemble evrithing outside
I hope santa will be late this year

I don´t know this design. But i don´t think it will help to produce the real among of gas your need for your 100kW engine?!
If you use a sidechannel blower with 1,5kW you will need 5 of them to produce the real among in my calculations.
i use only 1 running on half load.
