Is living completely Autark possible or necesary?

Hi Folks,

If you have watched the programs in this threads then even those people shown in the TV programs do not completely resigned from modern comfort. One of them uses a car battery, goes to a supermarked, buys himself a newspaper and listen to the radio. The other has a gas fire to cook and preserve the meat from his schlauthered pig and the third escape from time to time aut of his harsh enviroment to the home of his girlfreind looking for some warmth and cosysness.

This forum is not set up to propagate the exstreme way of individual living they do. This forum does not wages the civilisation by fundamental opinions, it does not want to catologises bad or better way's of living. No fanatism on this forum.

This forum is just set up for you to write about some possibility's and techniques there are to live your life more independatly. The motives of all of us to live more individualy could vary and are allowed to vary.
For some the use of old techniques have a sort of facination in them that makes them uses the old habit more as a hobby. Some want to seek more fredom others want to be prepared in case of catastrophy's to get a better change to survive.

Whatever your motive is not important. Important is your will to share and speak freely, without shame nor fear about your very personal findings or things you have found on the internet or have learned from your parents or grandparents and that you find important to let us know.

This forum is not a church so preaching and imposing your way of life on others is not on order here. If you want to do so become a misonary. However we know everybody has his own temperament and we want to respect this. We like our members to have great tolerance and patience for fellow members and always look positive to the message which is shared even when the tone is maybe a little bit brutal or harsh or even insulting. Do not take notice. Take only the message and not the words.

We are on this forum no children nor little girls that get easy offended over every little shit. Everybody, every temperament is welcome, except maybe for Trolls.
