As i said, i did used fabric filters , its like paper filter, and got the same red flame . I dont remember if i found any tar in the filters, but i dont found tar in the water used in the scrubber. The gas is very wet and without any dust, this i can guarantee .
Pascal, i didn't knew that the water droplets in gas can result in red flame . Maybe it's the problem
I think a condenser will solve it and bring to me the blue flame

blue or even white blue flame is clean gas.
red flame often comes from coal dust burning in the gas.
yellow flame is often a tar flame, but can also be other bigger particles burning with the gas.
